Nice to meet you, I'm Tamara
My yoga mentor once told me: “you have such a wide color palette when it comes to things you could offer the world”. For years, I tried to box myself into one specific skill that I had: I was “only” a writer, or a university professor with a PhD, or a yoga and a fitness trainer, or a therapist. I couldn’t be all of them: that would be messy. .
Here's what you need to know about me: My name is Tamara, and I have a non-traditional, and diverse professional path and experience. I graduated university with a Master's in Journalism and Communication, and a PhD. in Psychology of Communication. I wrote my first novel , Chasing Serendipity , during my PhD studies, since I've always had a passion for books and writing. During my studies, I worked as a university professor, a brand copywriter and a lifestyle journalist.
I always knew I was not made to fit in one box, to be defined by one career. So when COVID19 hit, I decided to get certified as a Fitness Instructor , a Yoga Trainer , a CBT practitioner and a Neuroscience Coach . It might sound all over the place, but in reality, my eclectic path is complementary.
The body and the mind are interconnected, and taking care of one requires taking care of the other. And as for the writing, well that will forever be my passion, and I'm happy to share my skills with the world.
I focus on 3 core offerings:
